Papaya

The delicious often regarded as wonder food is quite rich in a variety of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals that will assist to improve your skin elasticity and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. These include vitamins A, C, K and E, potassium, calcium, magnesium, B vitamins and phosphorus.

The broad range of antioxidants inside papaya helps to counter free radical damage and can delay signs of wrinkles and ageing. Papaya also has an enzyme called papain, which gives additional anti-aging benefits by working as one of nature’s best anti-inflammatory agents. It is also found in several exfoliating products.
