Amazing Weight-loss Secret: infused water Blend of Fruits, Vegetables, Herbs

As we all know that a  minimum of eight glasses of water a day is needed to prevent dehydration. The water increases body metabolism and helps fat burn. However, there is another effective method to drink water, it is by infusing fruits and vegetables into the water and carry in a flask to work.

What is Infused water?

It is an amazing weight-loss secret, also called detox water and fruit-flavoured water. Typically, the infused water offers a blend of fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Dipped in cold water and taken in a flask for use during the day.

  • Boosts body metabolism– Body metabolism burns calories as higher the metabolism, more the calories burned. A body’s metabolism relates to weight-loss when your metabolism utilizes energy released by body fat.

Infused Water Recipes – Here are some ideas of infused water with vegetables, herbs, and fruits to take along in flasks.

  • Lemon & Mint– Lemon & mint flavoured water is a great detox with vitamin C.
  • Cucumber mint or lemon– Thinly slice cucumber with a few crushed mint leaves or lemon in cold water.
  • Orange & Blueberry– Sliced oranges with peels is an excellent flavour. You can add a few blueberries also, keep it overnight in the fridge and use it the next day in a flask.
  • Apple with cinnamon– This combo in infused water is great for weight loss, Apples are rich in antioxidants, flavonoids, Vitamins C, and B-Complex. Cinnamon lowers cholesterol. Together they help lose weight fast.
