The whole grain could be a part of your diet plan to lose calories, but not responsible directly for the weight-loss. Belly fat is dangerous than the fats in other areas This is true! The tummy fat or visceral fat surrounds most of the internal organ of the body. This affects the proper heart functioning, tummy fat makes a person prone to heart diseases. If any woman has a tummy larger than 28 inches, she must take it as a warning signal. Remember 3500 calories means one pound of fat.
