Ginger helps with menstrual pain the most. Drinking ginger tea can also soothe nausea during those days of the month. However, if you normally take acetaminophen or ibuprofen, it may not work as well. Consult with your physician before trying any supplement in extract or pill form, since it may interact with other medications you’re consuming.

Ginger Is Anti-Inflammatory
