Summers are here and the temperatures have gradually begun to soar high leaving everyone feeling fatigued, sweaty, and messed up. Staying hydrated is the most important factor to keep going in this sweltering heat and maintain good health.

Nutritionist Avni says that your body seems to lose water at a rapid pace due to excessive sweating. Water is the most important drink to quench thirst. However, you can try other summer beverages that not only satisfy your thirst but also help in keeping your body cool.

As you all welcome summers, it is also important to refresh and replenish your body with some of the best summer beverages in an attempt to beat the rising temperatures.
