Omega 3 fatty acids are a group of polyunsaturated fatty acids which are essential for various bodily functions. Surprisingly, people who eat omega 3 regularly are less likely to be depressed or anxious. Also, people suffering from depression and anxiety have shown improvement in their symptoms after eating omega 3 daily.

When you do not get sufficient DHA, which is a type of omega 3, vision problems could arise. Regular consumption of omega 3 is associated with a lower risk of macular degeneration, which can cause permanent eye damage.

Assists In Fighting Auto-Immune Disease
