It is an integral part of office culture, allowing colleagues to socialize with one another. Problems sharing over a cup of coffee solve many complex looking issues. Having a cup of coffee has become a positive ritual during the workdays.
Taking a coffee break creates an informal venue at work. This allows employees a well-deserved time-out to clear their mental decks and to chat about what their lives or issues they feel strongly about. It also provides a social platform to catch up with the fellow workers and form closer bonds with fellow workers.

Many companies provide their employees with coffee machines to ensure the employees’ coffee break needs. So, much can happen over a cup of coffee, it is not just another cup of coffee, in corporate’s perspective.
