Health Benefits and Procedure to Make as Suggested by Dietician Avni Kaul

This winter chill has been displaying no signs of subsiding soon. And while you are waiting to feel the warmth of the sun, all you can do is stay under the warmth of blankets, and quilts, or pile on your winter wear. But there is one more thing, says Dietician Avni, that you can do to stay cozy this winter.

Here, India’s top Dietician Avni Kaul shares a few drinks that will keep you warm and healthy.

Avni Kaul recommends these winter beverages that can be easily made using ingredients like ginger, lemon, honey, clove, etc which not only form heat in your body but also equip you to combat winter allergies and stuffy nose issues.

Also, since winter is a season when people tend to binge on weight-gaining food, some of these beverages promote weight loss also.

Turmeric latte
