Keep your food, thoughts and Skin clean

The nutritious food is the key to all the health issues. The healthy and glowing skin requires nourishing food. Healthy food takes care of your skin from inside, what skincare products do from outside. You do not need to eat bland and listless food in the name of nutrient-rich foods. Continue relishing tasty and healthy food for a great skin. This is how you can do it.

Water– The primary element that keeps your skin hydrated is water. The water keeps your skin healthy and aging-lines less prominent. Maintain your daily routine of drinking water to at least 10-12 glasses a day. Water also helps to detoxify your skin and brings the glow back.

Berries– All types of berries blue, black, or red like strawberries are full of antioxidants and keeps your skin healthy and glowing. Make plums, bananas, and pomegranates part of your daily food routine, these fruits keep your skin flawless.

Eggs– The eggs are the superfood known for its great nutritious value. Its essential vitamins including biotin are good for the dry skin. Make different recipes of eggs and relish them to keep your skin gleaming.

Dark Chocolate- What? Chocolates! This is a normal reaction when recommended to the people for the skin health. Dark chocolate helps to improve skin texture and protects from UV rays.

Oranges & Apples– Oranges contain anti-aging properties. It comprises of collagens and vitamins that offer a smooth glow to the skin. Use its peel to scrub the skin also.  Apples are also good for the glowing skin.

Papaya- Tasty papaya has many properties that help skin cells generation and replaces dead old cells. As external skin care, you can apply papaya’s pieces also.

Chew gum– Strange as it may sound, chewing gums are also beneficial for the skin.

Besides, the food described above, applying coconut oil on skin, yoga, and walking are good for the healthy skin as well.
