Custard apple, sugar apple, Sharifa, as called in India is the fruit with its origin in West Indies and South American continent. Sharifa or Custard apple is very good for the heart, as it contains potassium and magnesium in ample quantity. This also has flavonoids and tannins phytochemicals, which balances lipid levels and blood pressure. Thus, keeps your heart in a fine shape.
