Saffron

This spice of the royals, saffron provides several health benefits, including immediate relief from cold. You can put a few strands of saffron to milk and apply it on your forehead. It is most likely that this will assist to treat your cold during seasonal changes.

Turmeric

Having turmeric milk assists in boosting your immune system and keeps one away from several infections. The antioxidant, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory components of turmeric are helpful in countering with a number of diseases.

Black Pepper
