Probiotics are the bacteria/yeasts that contain powerful attributes beneficial for both our body and brain. Probiotics are good for your skin, too. It helps you to have younger and healthier skin. Yogurt

Yogurt has one of the finest and friendliest bacteria, which is excellent for your system. It is made by adding useful bacteria like lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria to milk. Probiotic yogurt is high in Vitamin B12 and Vitamin K.

Eating yogurt daily helps to improve digestion, makes your bones healthy, and also helps people who suffer from high blood pressure.  Consuming probiotic yogurt is directly associated with lowering the risk of type 2 diabetes.

Paneer is another good example of Indian probiotic foods. This is a top source of protein that does not have a high volume of fat. 100 grams of paneer have 11 grams of protein. Paneer is also an excellent source of calcium, which is essential for the development of your bones and teeth.
