Warm water aids in healing the body, improving digestion, metabolism and lowering metabolic waste that could have accumulated in your immune system. Drinking warm water increases the tightening of the intestines, which improves the functioning of elimination of toxins and waste from the body. On the other hand, cold water is also stripped off many minerals and can create a problem for the digestive system, particularly during and after a meal.

As said earlier that warm water improves digestion and helps in cleaning out toxins from the body. Warm water assists to break down food rapidly and helps to improve digestion. Consuming cold water during or after a meal, can make the oils in the food harder and create a fat deposition in the intestines. Warm water can also aid people who suffer from problems like gas and constipation. Bloating and decreased bowel movement is occurred due to the lack of water in the body. Drinking water, particularly warm water can assist in improving bowel movement and support digestion, and help you get rid of problems such as constipation. Good digestion is the key element to healthy weight loss, and warm water helps in keeping the digestion healthy.
